Wendy, my Nurse Specialist, telephones me in response to my email asking about the drugs I am taking each morning and explains what is going on - let's hope that the steroids wear off fast and I can get back to 'normal' .

Lovely sunny day so might just pack up early and have an early evening glass down in the Marina ...
